No one ever said the road to sobriety would be easy and I am sure that by now you are fully aware of this. Each day that you commit yourself to a day of sobriety; you are in essence, committing yourself to live a day longer. More often than not, the easiest way to sobriety is healing yourself from within first, and then working on the outside. Try not to be so hard on yourself, this road is a long and bumpy one, but remember you have friends, family and support staff who love and care for you; you are never alone. There are numerous alcohol and drug treatment facilities available that would love to support you during your difficult time.
